The role involves 12‑hour day shifts in the North Oaks area (7am‑7pm), primarily Mondays every other week, with flexibility to pick up additional shifts as needed. Preference will be given to candidates with experience managing tracheostomies and laryngeal tubes. Key Responsibilities Provide nursing services to patients in a home setting. Perform routine nursing care as prescribed by the healthcare provider. Monitor patient health and maintain accurate records of vital signs and health progress. Educate patients and their families on health maintenance and disease prevention. Requirements Valid LPN or RN license in the state of Minnesota. Experience in home health care or similar settings is preferred. Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for providing empathetic, respectful care.
