National Fleet Operations Coordinator
Location: Agoura Hills, CA
Job Type: Full-Time | Onsite
Pay Rate: $30.00 - $39.69 per hour
About the Opportunity
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented National Fleet Operations Coordinator to support the administration and daily operations of a nationwide vehicle fleet. This role is responsible for coordinating fleet records, vehicle assignments, maintenance tracking, compliance programs, fuel card administration, and driver support activities.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong administrative and analytical skills, and can manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and follow-through.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day fleet administration activities for a nationwide vehicle fleet
- Maintain accurate vehicle records, registrations, assignments, and fleet documentation
- Track scheduled maintenance, repairs, and service requirements
- Support fuel card management and utilization reporting
- Monitor driver compliance requirements and maintain supporting documentation
- Assist with accident, citation, and claims tracking processes
- Generate fleet reports and analyze operational data using Excel and other systems
- Communicate with drivers, vendors, service providers, and internal stakeholders
- Ensure fleet information remains current, accurate, and compliant
- Support fleet-related projects and process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
Required
- Minimum 2 years of experience in fleet administration, fleet operations, transportation, logistics, or related operational support roles
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Experience maintaining records and compliance documentation
Preferred
- Experience supporting large vehicle fleets
- Fleet maintenance coordination experience
- Fuel card administration experience
- Accident, claims, or citation tracking experience
- Experience with fleet management software such as Fleetio, Geotab, Enterprise Fleet Management, or similar platforms
- Transportation, vehicle operations, or logistics industry experience

Location Requirement
