Job Details Position: PCA (Personal Care Assistant) Location: Edgewood, Overland, 58‑bed Assisted Living community Shift: Overnight 10PM‑7AM, Sunday‑Thursday or All Shifts PRN/On‑Call Employment Type: Full‑Time & Casual opportunities Benefits Access to early paycheck Training provided Paid time off starts accruing day 1 Health, vision, dental, & HSA plans 401K plan with employer contribution Responsibilities Assist residents with personal care such as dressing, showers, bathing, and other activities of daily living (ADLs). Demonstrate kindness and provide dignity during resident interactions. Document care appropriately. Follow HIPAA and all Edgewood policies. Qualifications Prior caregiving experience desired. Passion and drive for helping others. Willingness to train new employees. Desire to continue learning and improving skillset.
