The ideal DSP/ Direct Support Professional is someone who is able to have a fun time while supporting someone. Going on day trips to the boardwalk or exploring the community. This is a fun position for the right Direct Support Professional. Payrate $22.50 to start and increased to 23.50 after 3 months of good support.
