Pay & Benefits:

What You'll Do:

• Assist physicians during surgical procedures with professionalism and competence
• Handle and maintain surgical equipment and supplies accurately
• Scrub in for surgeries, ensuring sterilization and disinfection protocols are followed
• Support daily departmental operations and maintain required clinical knowledge
• Adapt to procedural changes with a positive, problem-solving attitude
• Ensure cleanliness and disinfection of endoscopes, maintaining quality standards
• Contribute to a safe and efficient patient care environment
• Perform additional related duties as needed within scope of practice

What You Need:

• Valid Surgical Technology Certification (no online certifications accepted)
• Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association
• Minimum of 2 years surgical or related experience
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to exercise good judgment and work independently
• Physical ability to perform job functions, including exerting force and working with potentially infectious materials
