Buchkosky Jewelers, an independent family‑owned business serving the Twin Cities since 1939, specializes in bridal rings, gemstone jewelry, custom designs, appraisals, and repair services. While prior jewelry experience can be helpful, we prioritize adaptability and a willingness to align with our customer‑first culture. Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Jewelry Sales Associate at our Roseville, MN showroom. Responsibilities include guiding customers through jewelry selection, building a portfolio of repeat clients, facilitating longer‑term client projects, and overseeing scrap metal buys. Qualifications and Skills Strong interpersonal skills Self‑motivation and independence Previous sales experience preferred, especially quantified performance (closing ratios, sales targets exceeded, etc.) Professionalism, reliability, and the ability to work effectively in a team Ability to learn fast Previous jewelry industry experience, while not required, is considered an asset Availability to work weekday and weekend shifts onsite in Roseville, MN #J-18808-Ljbffr
