The Repair Specialist - Small Appliances is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining residential small appliances. This role involves working both independently and as part of a team to ensure appliances are restored to optimal condition. The specialist will handle parts replacement, testing, and provide technical reports on repairs, ensuring safety and quality standards are met without the need for travel.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose faults in residential small appliances
- Perform repairs and replace defective parts
- Conduct thorough testing to verify repair quality
- Document technical details and repair reports accurately
- Work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols throughout repair processes
Preferred Qualifications
- Entry-level experience in small appliance repair
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of appliance repair and electrical troubleshooting
- Proficient in tool handling and problem solving
- Strong time management skills
- Familiarity with safety compliance and technical documentation
