Operations Support Technician

Schedule: Monday - Friday | 7:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. plus on-call rotation

At Woodard, our Water Restoration team is often the first on the scene when disaster strikes. As an Operations Support Technician, you'll work alongside that team by transporting equipment, supporting restoration activities, and helping crews respond quickly when customers need us most.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys staying active, solving problems, and being part of a team that helps people through unexpected situations.

What You'll Do:

• Work closely with our Water team to keep jobs moving.
• Help set up, monitor, adjust, and retrieve drying equipment on water restoration projects.
• Perform moisture readings and assist with water mitigation, demolition, and restoration activities.
• Support restoration crews on projects in homes and businesses throughout the St. Louis area.
• Transport equipment, materials, and supplies to keep projects moving efficiently.
• Participate in emergency response and on-call rotations when customers need help most.
