Sentinel Facility & Platform Integration Lead

Salary: $152,900 - 229,300 per year Requirements:

• We require a bachelors degree in STEM with 12 years of experience, or a masters degree with 10 years of experience, or a PhD with 8 years of experience.
• We require U.S. citizenship and an active DoD Secret Clearance at the time of application, current and within scope, with an investigation date within the past 6 years.
• We require the ability to obtain Special Access Program approval within a reasonable timeframe, as determined by our business needs.
• We require 4 years of experience in requirements management, analysis, or allocation.
• We require 3 years of experience with model-based engineering or model-based systems engineering practices, languages, and/or tools such as Cameo, Rhapsody, or MagicDraw.
• We require 5 years of experience in one or more of the following areas: command and control, physical security, cybersecurity, nuclear command, control, and communications systems/processes, communications systems, facility design, or military aerospace development.
• Preferred qualifications include an active DoD Top Secret Clearance.
• Preferred qualifications include a strong understanding of the Systems Engineering Vee Model.
• Preferred qualifications include 3+ years of experience in model-based systems engineering, thread-based system decomposition, requirements engineering, and system modeling in SysML.
• Preferred qualifications include experience documenting Interface Control Documents, Interface Requirement Specifications, and Interface Description Documents.
• Preferred qualifications include understanding of Object-Oriented Systems Engineering Methodology and systems thinking.
• Preferred qualifications include excellent collaboration skills and experience working across product, design, and systems engineering teams with diverse stakeholder groups.
• Preferred qualifications include technical leadership experience designing, modeling, and verifying complex hierarchical state machines for distributed, real-time command and control architectures.
• Preferred qualifications include extensive experience developing automated FDIR frameworks and Built-In Test strategies for high-consequence systems.
• Preferred qualifications include understanding of distributed system synchronization challenges across geographically separated ground nodes.
• Preferred qualifications include experience with ICBM weapon system engineering and integration.
• Preferred qualifications include experience with complex system development on large programs.

• We lead a small team of systems engineers developing systems engineering artifacts across the E3 and Ground Systems workstreams.
• We partner with technical teams and stakeholders to mature shielding, filtering, grounding, and TEMPEST requirements, as well as related facility architecture considerations.
• We support grounding schematics and capital electrical design integration across Command and Launch Systems.
• We help define and incorporate the right system requirements and ensure they are accurately represented in the model.
• We develop systems architecture using Cameo Enterprise Architecture, including behavioral, structural, and analytical viewpoints.
• We contribute to systems requirements development, management, and analysis.
• We create unifying model techniques, procedures, and processes for model development, tool integration, and team integration.
