Our client is one of the nations Top Producing Correspondent Lenders, home to Top 20 Originating Branch Managers, and has been in business for 20+ years! Job Description Looking to hire exceptional Branch Managers in multiple states nationwide! Top Branch Manager & Loan Officer compensation Branch level control of margins, Branch Manager profits, and LO comp Incredible benefits including health, dental, vision, life, accident, and 401K Complete licensing and legal department dedicated to keeping your branch compliant In-house underwriting and processing, with mandatory quick turn times Massive marketing department with pre-made custom marketing pieces Latest edition of Encompass; used as the LOS for the entire loan process Monthly operations and sales training from corporate staff Personalized recruiting plans for measured growth of your branch Multitude of investors with a variety of products, programs, and niches (+broker friendly) Qualifications Must currently be originating loans or running a team of loan originators Must be funding an average of $1M+ per month Must be able to meet all NMLS requirements #J-18808-Ljbffr Branch Recruiter
