SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE

This position is primarily responsible for coaching F45 workouts, motivating members of the studio while leading them through pre-defined workouts. While leading workouts coaches must be able to motivate members and have the knowledge and ability to correct exercise form to prevent injuries. A successful employee in this position will be able to perform the following duties.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

• Creates a positive, high energy, respectful F45 studio environment

• Leads and instructs F45 workouts

• Employee will promote the F45 brand along with promoting their own workout times and work in connection with other trainers/ coaches to increase customer utilization rates for all workouts at the studio

• Effectively discusses and evaluates the fitness goals of guests/prospects and new members

• Post workout properly engages guest/prospect and recommends a membership at the end of the workout

• Handles member concerns in a professional, objective manner with the goal of resolution

• Participation in at least 2 marketing outreach events per month and responsible for generating 4 leads per month

• Participation in marketing and social media efforts to promote the studio and the brand

• Chooses all music played during sessions (all music must be "clean")

• Maintains organization, cleanliness and condition of the training room; ensure exercise equipment is clean and organized, wipes/sanitizer are loaded for future workouts.

• Informs the management of any equipment in need of repair or maintenance

• Attends monthly meetings, workshops and continued education meetings. It is required and expected for you to clock in and out for these meetings. Actively participates (workout) in 1 or more F45 classes per week.

• Arrive at least 30 minutes before the first class of your coaching block to ensure success of instruction and building relationships with members.
