Compensation Range: Independently Licensed - up to $93,600 The IAFF Center of Excellence for Behavioral Health Treatment and Recovery is a one-of-a-kind addiction treatment facility specializing in PTSD for IAFF members – and IAFF members struggling with addiction, PTSD, and other related behavioral health challenges to receive the help they need in taking the first steps toward recovery. We invest in your time—leveraging proprietary AI technology to simplify documentation and give you more time where it matters most: patient care Job Duties Provide individual, group, and family therapy in a residential treatment setting Complete biopsychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Facilitate group sessions and psychoeducation Collaborate with medical, psychiatric, and clinical teams to support patient progress Maintain timely and accurate documentation (with support from Heather AI) Support discharge planning and continuity of care Qualifications Masters’ Degree in social work, psychology, or related human services field required. Licensed in the State of Maryland to practice required in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health counselor or other behavioral health-related field. LCSW-C (Licensed Certified Social Worker - Clinical) LCMFT (Licensed Clinical Marriage & Family Therapist) LCPC (Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor) LCADC (Licensed Clinical Alcohol & Drug Counselor) Licensed PhD/PsyD Experience with substance use and/or co-occurring disorders preferred Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset CPR and BFA Certification required.
