Senior Project Engineer

To support the growth of utility-scale solar and energy storage projects, the full-time Senior Project Engineer will provide advanced performance analysis, design expertise, and technical due diligence while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a hybrid work environment. Key responsibilities Evaluate and recommend equipment and design specifications for projects, collaborating with Procurement partners Lead development of in-house energy modeling, provide guidance on best practices, and conduct Independent Engineer due diligence Provide technical review and risk assessment for key contracts, ensuring alignment with engineering design guidelines Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related field Minimum of 7 years of experience in electrical engineering, with at least 5 years in photovoltaic and/or energy storage engineering Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn company-specific software Expertise in advanced energy modeling methodologies and technical specifications of equipment Strong project management skills, including coordinating complex projects and mitigating risks
