Job Title: LPN - Home Health

Location: Pensacola, FL

Setting: Home Health

Pay Range: 1363.05 - 1431.20

Schedule: 07:00 - 15:00 (Days)

Contract Length: 13 Weeks

Candidate Type: Travel

Requirements: 2 years of experience as a LPN, Valid LPN license, Be willing to obtain Florida licensure, Experience with Homecare Homebase EMR system

Responsibilities:

Provide nursing care to patients in a home health setting.
Follow care plans and administer medications as prescribed.
Monitor and report patient progress to healthcare teams.
Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations.
Document patient interactions accurately in EMR system.
