Position: Bilingual Fulfillment Specialist Team Lead
Location: Mt. Comfort Area
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Pay Rate: $22.00 per hour

About the Role

The Bilingual Fulfillment Specialist Team Lead will work alongside warehouse associates while providing leadership, training, and support to ensure daily productivity and quality goals are achieved. This position requires a hands-on approach and the ability to effectively communicate with both management and team members.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
• Report unsafe conditions, near misses, and incidents to management.
• Maintain quality standards and productivity requirements.
• Train and support warehouse associates in daily operations.
• Perform warehouse duties including:
  • Picking and packing orders
  • Shipping and receiving
  • Put-away and replenishment
  • Cycle counting
  • Loading and unloading trailers
  • Palletizing product
  • Labeling items
  • Building boxes and preparing shipments
• Operate manual material handling equipment such as carts and pallet jacks.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Work overtime as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bilingual (English/Spanish preferred).
• Previous warehouse and leadership experience preferred.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, push, pull, reach, and lift throughout the shift.
• Ability to walk up to 10 miles per day in a warehouse environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to accurately identify and process warehouse documentation, including customer orders, bills of lading, manifests, packing lists, stock receipts, and shipping labels.
• Comfortable working in a distribution environment that may be noisy and may not be climate controlled.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with supervisors and team members.

• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Must be able to pass a drug screen.
