OCM Consultant

Responsibilities

Kforce has a client seeking a hybrid OCM Consultant to join their team in New Braunfels, TX.Responsibilities:

• Preparing impacted stakeholders for adoption of the new Vendor Management System
• Ensuring organizational readiness leading into deployment
• Supporting transition to future-state contingent workforce processes
• Driving stakeholder engagement and adoption activities throughout implementation
• Identifying and mitigating organizational risks that could impact implementation success
• Supporting business stabilization during and after go-live
• Helping the organization realize the intended benefits of automation, visibility, compliance, governance, and cost control associated with the VMS implementation

Skills

• 5+ years of dedicated Organizational Change Management experience
• Demonstrated success supporting large-scale business transformation and technology implementations
• Experience developing and executing enterprise change management strategies
• Strong experience with stakeholder engagement, communications, training support, readiness planning, and adoption measurement
• Ability to independently manage multiple workstreams and priorities
• Strong facilitation, presentation, communication, and consulting skills
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders across all organizational levels
• Experience working within highly matrixed environments

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.


We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
