License & Certifications: Active Oregon RN license and required certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS, and TNCC . (Note: CRASE training is required if the travel assignment extends beyond a 6-month period). Clinical & Unit Overview Role Focus: Providing high-quality, patient-centered emergency care, triaging patients, performing rapid assessments, administering medications/IV fluids, and executing emergency procedures (wound care, splinting). Floating Policy: Agency nurses will be floated to other departments where qualified to perform patient care before core staff is floated.
