What You Will Do Support the administration of personnel functions including hiring, onboarding, training, and employee relations in accordance with company policies Coordinate and track training for new and existing associates Maintain associate timecards, process payroll submissions, and manage employment records Step in to perform management duties in the absence of the Executive Director Oversee daily business office operations including: Billing and accounts receivable/payable Bank deposits and financial tracking Assisting with marketing efforts and conducting community tours Post, balance, and reconcile resident accounts and ledgers Assist in developing and managing the community’s operating and capital budgets Ensure operations align with financial goals and approved budgets Maintain strong relationships with residents, families, and external partners Serve as receptionist as needed during business hours Participate in strategic planning to support efficient and effective community operations Perform other duties as assigned Supervisory Responsibilities Reports directly to the Executive Director Supervises Concierge team members Responsible for coaching, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions as needed Expected to work independently and exercise sound judgment What You Bring Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare, Hospitality, or related field required (Master’s preferred) Minimum of 3 years of management experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or office management Experience in senior living, healthcare, or hospitality preferred Strong organizational, financial, and communication skills Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment Physical ability to perform daily tasks including standing, walking, bending, and light lifting Why Join Our Team Competitive pay Comprehensive benefits package (medical, dental, vision, life, and more) Generous Paid Time Off (PTO) and holiday pay Growth and advancement opportunities Supportive, team-focused work environment Additional Information Know someone who would be a great fit?
