Orthopedic Surgeon – Sampson Regional Medical Center | Clinton, NC
Sampson Regional Medical Center is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Orthopedic Surgeon to join our hospital-employed practice in Clinton, NC.
This is an opportunity to practice broad general orthopedics in an independent, physician-led hospital with dedicated PA and clinical support, scheduled OR time, and a 4.5-day clinical schedule. The practice also offers the flexibility to incorporate some Sports Medicine into your practice based on your interests.

- 4.5-day clinical schedule: Monday & Wednesday, 8 AM–5 PM; Friday, 8 AM–12 PM, with alternating Friday OR time
- Dedicated OR time: Tuesday & Thursday
- 7 days of call per month
- Approximately 20–30 patients per clinic day
- Dedicated Orthopedic PA
- Support from 2 Medical Assistants, radiology tech, and in-house scheduler
- 9 exam rooms + 1 procedure room
- On-site diagnostic testing and X-ray
- Hospital-owned Outpatient Diagnostics Center with advanced imaging
- On-site Rehab Center providing comprehensive physical therapy
