Service Advisor

Role Overview:

The Service Advisor/Sales Floater assists in promoting all products and services across multiple locations, ensuring adherence to company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers professionally, listen to their concerns, inspect vehicles, and accurately document service needs. Recommend appropriate services, communicate additional suggestions from technicians, and provide clear quotes with cost and time estimates. Promote sales of services, parts, and accessories, and update customers on service progress. Properly handle transactions, review inspections, and explain warranties. Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and track returns and warranty parts.

Qualifications & Skills:

Must be at least 18, capable of working multiple days including weekends, with prior experience as a Service Advisor preferred but not required. Professional appearance and process-driven mindset are essential.

Compensation & Benefits:

Up to $80,000 annually, with benefits including health insurance, paid time off, 401(k), tuition reimbursement, discounted services, and advancement opportunities.
