Compliance Specialist

Detail-oriented and reliable, the full-time Compliance Specialist will manage day-to-day background check order entry, assist with quality assurance and compliance tasks, and ensure adherence to federal, state, and industry standards while working in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Accurately enter and process candidate background screening orders, ensuring completeness and legal validity of documentation Adhere to compliance protocols for handling sensitive personal data and assist in auditing background reports for regulatory compliance Maintain organized electronic records and collaborate with internal teams to improve operational workflows and data quality assurance Required Qualifications Minimum 2 years of professional office or administrative experience, preferably in background screening, legal support, HR, or compliance Proven experience with high-volume data entry and order processing with a high degree of accuracy Demonstrated understanding of handling confidential records and Personally Identifiable Information (PII) Meticulous attention to detail with a track record of identifying errors in documentation Proficiency with MS Office Suite and ability to quickly learn new software platforms
