Passenger Service TechnicianMcCarthy Tire is seeking a motivated Passenger Service Technician to join our team. In this role, you will perform preventive maintenance, tire services, and mechanical repairs while delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced shop environment.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform passenger tire installation, repair, rotation, balancing, and replacementInspect and test vehicles to identify maintenance and repair needsComplete preventive maintenance services, including oil changes, filter replacements, and engine tune-upsDiagnose and repair mechanical and electrical system malfunctionsVerify vehicle serviceability by conducting test drives and adjusting controls and systemsEnsure compliance with state vehicle safety, engine, and emissions requirementsMaintain accurate service and repair recordsKeep shop equipment operational by performing routine maintenance and reporting repair needsMaintain inventory of supplies and assist with ordering as neededStay current on industry knowledge through training and technical publicationsMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work areaOther DutiesAdditional responsibilities may arise as part of the role.
