Position Summary 
The Recruiting Specialist is responsible for various recruiting and social media management functions. This includes a variety of responsibilities such as: administrative functions, HR functions, recruiting, and social media account management. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities 
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following: 
●       Respond to applicant inquires in-person, over the phone and via email. 
●       Process and review employment applications to evaluate qualifications and eligibility of applicants. 
●       Hire employees and process hiring-related paperwork. 
●       Select qualified job applicants or refer them to managers, making hiring recommendations when appropriate. 
●       Generate, edit, publish, and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos, and news) 
●       Oversee social media accounts’ design (e.g. Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures, and blog layout) 
●       Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications 
●       Perform other duties as assigned. 

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities) 
●       Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred 
●       Ability to work independently with little supervision required. 
●       Ability to remain calm while working under pressure in a busy environment. 
●       Ability to work within the time frame of standard policies and procedures. 
●       Ability to maintain confidentiality related to sensitive company and employee information. 
●       Excellent ability to multi-task and prioritize in a busy, fast-growth environment 
●       Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint is essential 
●       Graphic design experience in Canva, etc. is essential
