Are you ready to make a difference in people's lives while reaching your own ambitious goals? As our Account Manager, you will be the heartbeat of our agency! Your mission will be to foster customer relationships, drive sales, and ensure our customers feel valued and understood. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored insurance solutions.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through proactive outreach and exceptional service.
- Guide customers in policy selection and updates, ensuring they have coverage that meets their needs.
- Work closely with our dynamic team to share insights and strategies that support customer satisfaction and agency performance.
- Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
- Passion for helping others and a customer-first mentality
- Proven sales experience, preferable in insurance or financial services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow!
