HR Professional, Doors Location: Tampa, FL, US, 33605 Function: Human Resources Audience: Experienced Professional Work Arrangement: On Site Requisition ID: 69228 The HR Professional, Doors provides administrative and operational support to Doors HR in support of the Doors organization. The HR Professional builds trust and develops relationships with employees across Doors while maintaining a significant focus on leveraging HR systems and process expertise, ensuring employee data accuracy. This position partners with employees at all levels within the company and frequently interacts with senior leadership and administrative support. Reports To: VP, HR Doors Location: Tampa OC Site Responsibilities Provides administrative support to leaders and team members Provides administrative support to the VP, HR Doors, including travel coordination, expense reporting, calendar management, and set-up and management of HR meetings and events Provides administrative support for key HR processes such as Talent Review, Compensation Planning, and Performance Management Develops, prepares, and maintains comprehensive reports generated through Talent Center Workforce Analytics and Kronos Analytics, ensuring integrity and quality of data Continuously builds knowledge of the Doors functions and HR systems to provide insightful analysis Seeks to identify gaps to drive efficiencies across Doors HR Owns creation of job requisitions, offer letters and management of pre-hire screening in support of the hiring process; coordinates and leads new hire orientation Manages FMLA, STD and other leaves of absence for Doors employees Maintains compliance for all HR related items, inclusive of I9 verifications, work authorization documentation, Employment Agreements, and various other documents to mitigate risk for the company Streamlines processes to allow for more efficient output and eliminate waste Ensures employee data integrity through accurate and timely processing of job changes, separations, hires and organizational changes Partners with the HR Center of Excellence to field and answer employee questions (Payroll, Benefits, Compensation) Provides functional and technical guidance on our corporate processes and systems Communicates all HR related information to Doors or the Tampa site, such as open jobs reports, benefits enrollment, etc. Serves as the focal point for all general HR administrative matters: meeting requests, supply orders, internal moves, booking conference rooms for large meetings and meeting facilities, updating address and distribution lists, etc. Coordinates and schedules candidate interviews as needed; creates interview materials; maintains/updates information Coordinates with various internal and external partners Partners with other HR professionals throughout Owens Corning and provides back-up support to others when needed Partners closely with peers to establish relationships, collaborate and best practice share Partners with the HR Center of Excellence to collaborate with and ensure understanding of OC policies and processes Supports Tampa Site and Community Initiatives Lead and/or promote annual company initiatives for the YCEC and community events Job Requirements Minimum Qualifications At least 3-5 years of administrative or Human Resources experience Bachelor's degree Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across multiple regions and cultures Highly proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite - Strong Excel skills including working knowledge of pivot tables, v-lookups, formulas, etc. Ability to travel as needed Experience Experience communicating both internally and externally and effectively managing relationships at all levels Proven track record of success in collaborating with others and providing administrative support Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Strong analytical skills, ability to evaluate and interpret data Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive communications and data Strong attention to detail/accuracy/flexibility Strong communication skills (written and verbal) and organizational skills Knowledge of HRIS systems (SuccessFactors), Kronos preferred Ability to evaluate situations and distinguish the important from the less critical, adjusting priorities and escalating when necessary Owens Corning is an equal opportunity employer.
