In this role, you will: Lead and direct a crew through the installation of patios, retaining walls, walkways, fire pits, and other hardscape features. Read and interpret site plans and layouts, setting grades and establishing proper base and drainage for every project. Oversee installation of pavers, natural stone, and retaining walls, performing quality checks throughout each phase to ensure precision and functionality. Operate and assign equipment such as skid steers, plate compactors, and saws. Collaborate closely with laborers and the Project Manager to ensure each installation meets the company's standards of excellence. Train and mentor laborers on proper technique, efficiency, and safety procedures. Maintain a clean and organized job site and assist with loading and unloading tools, materials, and equipment. Communicate effectively with teammates and clients to ensure clear expectations and satisfaction. Demonstrate physical ability to lift at least 50 pounds and work safely in outdoor environments year‑round. #J-18808-Ljbffr Zlmservices
