Location: Charlotte, Hybrid
Contract Length: 6 months
Top Requirements:
- Tableau
- SQL
- Python scripting - able to build from scratch
- Extract Transport Load (ETL) - be able to move data from point A to point B. Extracting data from one place, shaping it and transforming and uploading it - pull data and change format
- APIs
- Soft skills (talking with internal and external stakeholders required)
- 4+ years experience

- Call center experience/business acumen - understanding what call center directors are looking for
Day to Day Responsibilities/project specifics: The day-to-day include creating reports and visualizations using Tableau and using SQL to write the queries to get the write information. Most everything they are creating right now involves call center metrics and new hire data/training program metrics. They are creating dashboards that show new hire graduation success rate, 90-day success rates and pulling data (surveys, assessments, scores) with comparison to attrition.
