Key Responsibilities Financial Planning & Analysis Own budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for corporate finance. Partner with business units to ensure financial discipline and adherence to budgets. Challenge assumptions and provide strategic insights to leadership. Data Analytics & Insights Develop and implement advanced analytics models for trend analysis, predictive forecasting, and scenario planning. Use data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau) to present insights effectively. Drive data‑driven decision‑making across finance and business teams. Stakeholder Management Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align financial goals with business objectives. Influence and negotiate with stakeholders to ensure compliance and accountability. Communicate complex financial and analytical concepts in a clear, business‑friendly manner. Technology & Automation Build and maintain tools to automate FP&A processes using Excel macros, Power Query, Power Automate, Python/R scripts. Explore emerging technologies for process optimization and efficiency. Partner with IT/Data teams to ensure robust data governance and system integration. Required Skills & Qualifications Education: Post Graduation in Finance or equivalent. Experience: 6–10 years in FP&A, corporate finance, or related roles. Technical Skills: Advanced Excel, Power Query, Power BI/Tableau, Power Automate. SQL and Python/R for data analysis. Knowledge of automation tools and basic coding for process improvement. Analytical Skills: Strong understanding of financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis. Ability to interpret large datasets and derive actionable insights. Soft Skills: Excellent stakeholder management and communication. Strong business acumen and problem‑solving mindset. Preferred Skills: Exposure to machine learning concepts for predictive analytics. Experience in building dashboards and self‑service reporting tools. Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle).
