Our new Schaumburg MOB will offer Primary, Specialty, and Immediate Care, lab services, imaging, and more: Schaumburg's new home for whole-family care | Duly Health and Care**Some Highlights of the Group*** 8am-4pm daytime shifts, combination of remote and onsite at outpatient imaging centers (at highly desirable suburbs of Chicago). Remote shifts available. We have Radiologists that live in the suburbs and in the city* 100% Outpatient with daytime immediate care coverage. No ER or Inpatient. Minimal weekends/evenings. No mandatory holidays* No procedures or fluoro* Read 90%+ in your subspecialty, we are a group of ~40 FTEs, all fellowship trained* Standardized distribution system with assigned worklists, ensure fair distribution of daily work* Visage PACS, PS360 and EPIC- extremely streamlined interface with ample support staff to handle all calls, follow ups etc* Substantial in house AI development, with assisted report generation and image interpretation* Employee and partner track positions available* Democratic structure with routine elections and ample leadership opportunities* Supportive culture with focus on radiologist wellness and engagement**Opportunity Highlights*** Strong internal referral network and collaborative provider partners across Cardiology and more than 1,000 Duly providers* Flexible scheduling* Competitive total rewards salary between $450,000-$650,000, which includes the opportunity for financial bonuses or stipends, CME funds, and shareholder track for equity eligibility* Live and work in the vibrant suburbs of Chicago with excellent schools and convenient access to some of the nation's leading healthcare facilities**Physician-Led Care**Through our physician leadership model, we have created a best-in-class healthcare system that offers you:* Physician-Directed Medicine - We know that providing high-quality care means understanding that every person's needs are different. Through our dyadic leadership structure, pairing operational leaders with physician leaders, our clinicians directly impact care delivery.**Compensation and Benefits**The anticipated base compensation range for this position is $425,000-$550,000, depending upon the applicant's qualifications and experience.
