We are seeking experienced Class A CDL truck drivers for over-the-road (OTR) opportunities as independent contractors (1099) . Run across the full 48 states with consistent freight and competitive pay.

Compensation:

70 cents per mile (CPM)
Average 3,500 miles per week (potential for $2300+ gross weekly, depending on miles and performance)
Paid as 1099 contractor (handle your own taxes, insurance, etc.)

Home Time:

Out 3-4 weeks at a time
Home for 4-7 days between runs

Key Details:

Full access to loads in all 48 contiguous states
Flexible scheduling with good miles and steady work
No forced dispatch – work with our team to plan routes that fit your needs

Responsibilities:

Safely operate a commercial truck over long distances
Deliver freight on time while complying with all DOT regulations
Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections
Maintain accurate logs and documentation
Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers

Requirements:

Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record
At least 2 years, verifiable OTR experience
Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screen
Reliable and safety-focused mindset
Comfortable with extended time away from home
Own authority or willing to operate under ours (for 1099 setup)
