Who We Are We are Ace Hardware Home Services, a trusted provider of residential maintenance and home repair services, including plumbing, heating, cooling, electrical, handyman, and painting. We are committed to delivering the signature Ace Helpful service to our customers. Compensation USD 25–30 per hour plus incentive/spiff opportunities. Responsibilities Provide an exceptional customer experience through efficient and accurate service and effective communication. Maintain, diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair all residential HVAC equipment, including forced‑air, steam, hot‑water, oil, geothermal, ductless, and other systems. Use specialized diagnostic tools to balance and solve airflow, fuel, refrigerant, and electrical challenges. Maintain required truck inventory to complete all flat‑rate repairs. Educate customers on improvements to comfort, air & water quality, efficiency, or safety. Assist in the development of junior service technicians. Follow all AHHS systems and administrative details related to the service department. Utilize the Service Titan platform. Qualifications 3+ years of HVAC service experience preferred. EPA Universal Certification. Strong knowledge of HVAC industry best practices and building codes. Proficiency in all aspects of HVAC function. Valid driver’s license.
