You will oversee the entire operation including staff performance, resident satisfaction, and financial success.The General Manager is responsible for ensuring that the property is properly staffed and managed to provide an optimal return to investors. Additionally, this position also has specific training and experience to oversee multiple managers and provide guidance on operating and financial issues to those managers.
