- Our client is looking for a Senior HR Generalist to join their team.

- Manage recruiting process including, sourcing, selection, offers, and pre-hire onboarding for multiple requisitions simultaneously
- Advocate for employee retention and development
- Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
- Process Payroll Bi-weekly
- Build relationships and collaborate with hiring managers to identify best practices and process improvements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or another relevant field preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- 4+ years experience
- Good time management skills and able to pivot.
S alary: $75,000 - $85,000 #LI-CW1
