Job Responsibilities

• Craft Individualized Treatment Plans: Assess each patient's needs and create tailored therapy interventions designed to help them reach their personal goals.

• Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work alongside fellow OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to deliver comprehensive and holistic patient care.
• Educate Patients and Caregivers: Provide guidance to patients and their families on therapeutic methods to support continued growth and progress outside of therapy.
• Monitor Outcomes and Document Progress: Keep track of clinical developments and modify treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Continued education or advanced certifications are encouraged and supported.

Certifications

• Active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license required.
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) credential necessary.
