IAM Program Manager

Job Summary We are looking for a ForgeRock CIAM Engineer with strong hands-on experience implementing, integrating, troubleshooting, and supporting the ForgeRock Identity Platform . The ideal candidate will have solid knowledge of CIAM, digital identity journeys, authentication, authorization, and identity protocols and experience integrating identity solutions with customer-facing applications and APIs. Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, configure, and support ForgeRock Identity Platform solutions.
• Work hands-on with ForgeRock AM (Access Management), IDM (Identity Management), IG (Identity Gateway), and DS (Directory Services) .
• Develop and enhance CIAM solutions supporting customer registration, authentication, authorization, account management, and identity journeys.
• Implement and troubleshoot SAML, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), JWT , and related identity protocols.
• Integrate ForgeRock with web applications, mobile applications, APIs, and enterprise/customer-facing systems .
• Configure authentication journeys, policies, sessions, tokens, and access controls.
• Troubleshoot issues related to authentication, authorization, SSO, tokens, sessions, and application integrations .
• Work with web technologies and understand browser behavior, cookies, CORS, redirects, sessions, and security headers .
• Support production identity environments and resolve incidents and integration issues.
• Collaborate with application developers, security teams, architects, and DevOps teams.
• Participate in enhancements, upgrades, testing, deployment, and ongoing support of CIAM solutions.
• Document technical configurations, integrations, troubleshooting procedures, and operational processes.

• Experience with CI/CD and cloud-based identity deployments.
• Knowledge of LDAP/directory concepts .
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
