Classification Title: Spivey Splash Supervisor (Part-time Seasonal) Purpose of Classification Highly responsible working supervisory position under the direction of the International Park Deputy Administrator. Assist and train staff involved with Spivey Splash Waterpark ticket sales and Gate/Games Attendants. Work involves performing duties requiring independence, accountability, and responsibility. Essential Functions Assist and direct assigned employees. Supervise daily operations and ensure work is performed in a safe and efficient manner. Responsible for balancing monies and tickets daily. Keep daily sales records submitted each operating day. Perform other related duties as required. Minimum Qualifications Must be 18 years of age or older to apply. Must possess a driver’s license or a picture I.D. and an original social security card. Must have six (6) months of experience performing accounting work with good basic math skills. Must be comfortable working outside in summer conditions and have excellent customer service skills. Must be available for work on weekends and holidays, attend all staff meetings, orientations and trainings, and may be required to perform duties on a split shift. Requires flexibility and willingness to learn a variety of functional recreational skills. ADA Compliance Physical Ability: Tasks require the regular and sustained performance of moderately physically demanding work, typically involving some combination of climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and crawling, and generally involve lifting, carrying, pushing, and/or pulling of moderately heavy objects and materials (20‑50 pounds). Sensory Requirements: Some tasks require the ability to perceive and discriminate colors or shades of colors, sounds, odor, depth, texture, and visual cues or signals. Some tasks require the ability to communicate orally. Environmental Factors: Performance of essential functions may require exposure to adverse environmental conditions, such as dirt, dust, pollen, odors, wetness, humidity, rain, temperature or noise extremes, or traffic hazards. Schedule – Subject To Change Tuesday through Friday 11:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m., Saturday 10:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m., Sunday 12:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. and holidays. A dress code will be set for all workers.
