Lead Fiber Optic Technician - Data Center Infrastructure

What You'll Be Doing:
•Install, terminate, test, and troubleshoot fiber optic cabling
•Read cable run lists and pull plans
•Install backbone and trunk fiber systems
•Support large-scale data center and mission-critical infrastructure projects
•Work closely with field engineers and project leadership
•Utilize construction management tools such as Procore and PlanGrid
•Maintain quality, safety, and production standards

Requirements

What We're Looking For:
•7+ years of fiber optic, structured cabling, telecommunications, or low-voltage experience
•Experience reading cable schedules and construction drawings
•Strong understanding of fiber installation and testing
•Ability to work independently and as part of a team
•Experience in data centers, telecom, broadband, or mission-critical environments is highly preferred

Preferred:
•BICSI Certification
•FOA Certification
•Procore Experience
•PlanGrid Experience
