Senior Project Architect – Healthcare | Philadelphia Suburbs | Hybrid
Ready to lead meaningful healthcare projects from concept through construction? An established architecture and planning firm in the Philadelphia suburbs is seeking a Senior Project Architect to join its growing healthcare team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced architect who enjoys managing projects, mentoring staff, and working directly with healthcare clients while delivering innovative, technically sound design solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Lead healthcare projects through all phases of design and construction.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, consultants, and client communications.
- Produce and oversee construction documents using Revit.
- Ensure projects meet schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
- Mentor junior architects and designers.
- Participate in client meetings, presentations, and project planning.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
- Registered Architect preferred.
- 10+ years of architectural experience.
- Strong background designing healthcare facilities, including renovations and new construction.
- Proficiency with Revit and construction documentation.
- Excellent knowledge of building codes and healthcare design standards.
- Strong communication, leadership, and project management skills.
