The Administrative Assistant/Shipping& Receiving Clerk is responsible for maintaining inventory counts and quality control procedures for incoming and outgoing product shipments.

Shipping& Receiving Clerk Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $ 21.50 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift (Monday through Friday from 05:30am to 01:00pm)

• Follow company's guidelines concerning Drivers/Shipping/Receiving
• Follow all procedures/policies/SOP's involving data entry for Production, Shipments, and Recollections and document controls/retention
• Verifies and records all items loaded for shipments
• Maintains database of shipment data to ensure that orders are updated and that appropriate billing documents are as required
• Carefully and accurately maintains shipping records for requested categories including goods returned, damage, and returnable shipments

Shipping& Receiving Clerk Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of experience in general office administration
• 1+ years of experience in Shipping & Receiving Department preferred
• Basic to intermediate experience in Microsoft Excel
• SAP experience preferred
