About the Role:
C&S Property Management in Central Square, NY is looking for a skilled and reliable Snow Plow Operator to join our team! If you thrive in fast-paced, outdoor environments and take pride in keeping properties safe and accessible during winter months, this is the opportunity for you.

Responsibilities:

• Operate snow plow trucks and equipment to clear snow and ice from parking lots and driveways
• Apply salt, sand, or de-icing materials to treated surfaces as needed
• Respond to on-call snow removal requests during winter weather events, including nights and weekends
• Monitor weather conditions and coordinate with management on service schedules
• Maintain accurate logs of services performed at each property
• Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with company standards

Requirements:

• Previous snow plow operation experience preferred
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required
• Ability to work flexible hours, including overnight shifts and on-call during storm events
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in the field
• Reliable, punctual, and able to perform physically demanding work in cold weather conditions
• Have a truck with plow
