Located at 6532 Walnut Grove Rd., Altoona Altoona Health and Rehab is dedicated to providing compassionate care and support to our residents. We are currently seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for visitors, residents, and staff. As a Receptionist, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming and professional atmosphere for everyone who enters our facility. You will be responsible for greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and providing administrative support to various departments. Key Responsibilities of a Receptionist: Greeting visitors and residents in a warm and courteous manner, directing them to the appropriate department or individual as needed. Answering phone calls and responding to inquiries in a timely and professional manner, providing information and assistance as required. Assisting with administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, photocopying, and faxing documents, to support the efficient operation of the facility. Maintaining the reception area and lobby area, ensuring cleanliness and organization at all times. Coordinating the distribution of mail and packages, sorting and delivering items to the appropriate recipients. Assisting with scheduling appointments, meetings, and tours, and maintaining appointment calendars for staff and residents. Providing support to other departments as needed, including assisting with resident activities and events.
