Ready for a new challenge with unlimited earning potential? We're hiring our next class of Automotive Retail Sales Professionals, and no automotive experience is required. If you've built a career (or just getting started on your career journey) in retail, hospitality, customer service, banking, technology, fitness, or another customer-focused industry, we'd love to meet you.

Your journey begins with our paid, multi-week Sales Training Program at our corporate headquarters and flagship dealership, Walser Toyota, with the next class scheduled to begin September 1. You'll receive hands-on training, coaching, and mentorship designed to set you up for long-term success in automotive retail sales. Upon successful completion of the program, you'll be placed at one of our high-performing Walser dealerships throughout the southwest metro, where you'll continue building your career with one of the region's fastest-growing automotive groups.

Who We're Looking For

You don't need car sales experience. Some of our best Customer Specialists came from restaurants, retail, hospitality, and other service roles places where building real connections with people is the job. If you love conversations, take pride in the experience you create, and want a career with a real future, we will teach you everything else.

The Opportunity

• Base salary: $40,000
• First-year average: $60,000$90,000
• Beyond year one: Uncapped top performers earn well above $100K
• Paid training: Three and a half weeks, fully paid, before you hit the floor
• Growth: We promote from within the path forward is real and well-worn

What You'll Do

• Build genuine rapport and guide customers through the full sales process
• Conduct test drives and educate customers on vehicle features and financing options
• Use Walser's CRM tools to track interactions and follow up after purchase
• Uphold Walser's Core Values: Do The Right Thing, Lead By Example, Display Positive Energy, Be Open Minded

What You Bring

• A genuine love for conversations and connecting with people
• Positive, team-oriented attitude and professional presence
• Strong listening and communication skills
• Curiosity, coachability, and a drive to keep improving
• Valid driver's license
• 18 years of age or older
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
