Key Duties:

• Represent insurers in coverage disputes and bad faith litigation, drafting declaratory judgment actions and defending against policyholder claims.
• Perform in-depth legal analysis of insurance contracts and regulatory compliance to support aggressive defense tactics in complex disputes.
• Prepare and present at trials, arbitrations, and mediations, focusing on toxic tort, environmental liability, and professional malpractice defenses.
• Develop litigation budgets and timelines for senior-level insurance defense files, ensuring efficient resource allocation and cost control.
• Collaborate on appellate briefs and oral arguments to establish precedents favorable to insurance carriers in emerging liability areas.
