Onsite: 4 Days per week
Rate: $62-68/hr (Newport Beach), $56-61/hr (Omaha and Charlotte)

About the Role
We are seeking a Contact Center Developer to support a cloud contact center modernization initiative. This hands-on role will focus on Amazon Connect, Salesforce integrations, API development, IVR enhancements, automation, testing, and technical documentation.
You will partner with cross-functional teams to develop, configure, test, and support scalable customer engagement solutions that improve both customer and agent experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and configure solutions within Amazon Connect and related cloud contact center platforms
- Support Salesforce Voice and CRM integrations
- Build and enhance IVR, routing, queue management, chat, and self-service capabilities
- Develop and support API integrations and connected systems
- Support AI-enabled contact center features such as conversational IVR, chatbots, agent assist, and call summarization
- Build cloud-based solutions using AWS services including Lambda, Lex, Polly, DynamoDB, API Gateway, S3, and CloudWatch
- Support CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and deployment automation using Terraform, Git, and Azure DevOps
- Participate in testing, troubleshooting, implementation support, and technical documentation
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of development or technical delivery experience in cloud contact center, enterprise application, or customer engagement environments
- Experience with Amazon Connect or a similar cloud contact center platform
- Experience with Salesforce, Salesforce Voice, or CRM contact center integrations
- Experience developing with Node.js, JavaScript, Python, TypeScript, or similar technologies
- Working knowledge of API integrations, troubleshooting, and integration workflows
- Experience with Terraform, Git, CI/CD pipelines, Azure DevOps, or similar DevOps tools
- Understanding of IVR design, call flows, routing, queues, chat, self-service, and omni-channel contact center concepts
- General understanding of cloud security, access controls, logging, monitoring, and secure development practices
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience implementing Amazon Connect and Salesforce Voice solutions
- Experience with AI-powered contact center tools, including Amazon Lex, conversational bots, agent assist, call summarization, or speech analytics
- Experience with serverless architectures, event-driven integrations, and release management practices
- Experience supporting omni-channel customer engagement platforms
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
