Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Occupational Therapist to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Educate patients and families on therapeutic interventions and home care plans.
• Participate in weekend coverage, providing continuity of care with 1 Saturday coverage per month.
• Maintain compliance with facility policies, state licensing requirements, and professional standards.

Qualifications

• Current state occupational therapy license required.
• Experience with Meditech charting system preferred.
• COVID-19 and flu vaccination required; medical/religious exemptions allowed.
• Ability to schedule and deliver care effectively within a 5x8 Days schedule.
• Previous charge experience and interdisciplinary team collaboration preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills required.
