Patient Experience Concierge
ProMedica Central Physicians
ProMedica Central Physicians is seeking a Patient Service Coordinator in Alabama. You will greet and register patients, answer calls, take messages and schedule appointments while maintaining the provider's schedule. You will also assist clinical staff with outbound calls to patients, pharmacies, or other providers to support timely care coordination.
