Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
Outpatient experience required
First-time travelers not accepted
New graduates not accepted

Assignment Details
Patient population: Outpatient ortho
Float to other clinics: No
Overtime must be approved by director before any overtime hours are worked

Alton Baker Park sits along the Willamette River near downtown, and Spencer Butte provides hiking trails with summit views about 15 minutes from central Eugene.
