Physical Therapist Assistant participates with a PhysicalTherapist in developing treatment programs for therapy patients.

Job Requirements

• Bachelors' Degree from an accredited physicaltherapy school.
• Maintains a current Oklahoma Physical TherapistAssistant License.
• Current BLS certification.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Knowledgeable in Observation Levels as indicatedby patient behavior and risk of injury to patient and/or others.
• Competent in maintaining ObservationLogs/Records.
• Conducts environmental safety checks forpatients requiring 1:1 Observation.
• Communicates changes in patient behavior orsafety to charge nurse.
