Previous PG&E experience; Six Sigma Certifications.Job Description: Evergreen, Insight Global's Manage Service Division, is partnering with a local utility company to support Asset Knowledge Management's Data Management and Analytics team. In an effort to continue to mature the team LEAN processes, they are looking for Process Management and Process Development support. We need someone with strong process management and writing skills to make sure all programs have documented standard processes. You will work closely with each of the managers/teams to make sure all programs have documents, playbooks, processes, and procedures in place. You will work to identify where there are gaps in documentation and assisting with the editing and/or writing documents from scratch.
