Graphic Designer

Freese and Nichols is seeking a Graphic Designer in Austin, Frisco, Fort Worth, Houston, San Antonio, or San Marcos, Texas; Charlotte or Raleigh, North Carolina; Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; or Rogers, Arkansas . As Graphic Designer, you will help communicate strategic messages and brand identity through visual media while creating materials that support business development, recruitment, and internal communications. You will also contribute to visual strategy, guide projects from concept through production, and partner with teams across the company to deliver high-quality work aligned with brand standards.Primary Responsibilities:Develop creative concepts, campaigns and visual stories that support marketing, recruiting and communication goalsCreate high-quality graphics and related materials that align with brand standards, format requirements and project objectivesCollaborate with marketing, technical and corporate teams to shape project direction and deliver effective visual solutionsManage multiple projects, schedules, contributors and feedback cycles across moderate to complex assignmentsRecommend visual approaches that support business development, recruitment and internal communication prioritiesCoordinate vendors, budgets, photography requests, and production needs for assigned projectsQualificationsAssociate degree in Graphic Design or a related field6+ years of professional graphics experienceAdvanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop and Adobe IllustratorIntermediate proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, with proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Adobe AcrobatAbility to manage multiple projects and deadlines while demonstrating strong communication, collaboration, critical thinking, initiative, and attention to detailPreferredBachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related fieldExperience in the architecture, engineering and construction industryExperience in photography or video production and editingExperience in Adobe Express, Adobe Lightroom or Adobe After EffectsExperience in motion graphics or animationInvolvement in a professional organizationAbout Freese and NicholsAt the heart of our culture is our LEADS values ( L earn continuously, E ngage as family, A ct with integrity, D eliver quality, and S erve always).
